Unity International Group provides comprehensive maintenance and support for all communications systems at Barclay Capital’s 5-floor office space at 222 Broadway. All of these services require Unity to interface with Barclay’s computerized maintenance call system.

Unity provides the following services:

  • Response to hundreds of customer requests, ranging from phone/computer problems and power related issues to employee moves, adds and changes
  
  • Full-time, on-site staff at Barclays for continual maintenance support
  • Maintenance with minimal turn-around by expediting ticket clearance and billing in a timely manner

In addition, Unity provides electrical maintenance to Barclay’s 222 Broadway location.
