Unity International Group implemented the structured cabling installation for JFK International Airport’s New International Terminal, which is scheduled to open in 2001. This $1.2 billion project also involved major improvement works for all nine JFK terminals.

Unity installed all the communication cabling at the new terminal, including:

  • Single Mode Fiber Optic Cable
  • Multi Mode Fiber Optic Cable
  • Radiating Coaxial Cable
  
  • Coaxial Cable
  • High-Pair Count Multi-Pair Cable

 

Citibank – New European Headquarters
Canary Wharf (UK)

Unity installed Citibank's major communications center and two trading floors encompassing over 800 positions. The installation took place in a new 500,000 square foot building in London.

Unity provided the following services:

  • Structured Cabling installation for 28 story headquarters for Citibank Services, including all trading areas and support areas
  • Approximately 2.5 million feet of horizontal cabling
  
  • All frames and patch panels in serving floor communication rooms and data centers
  • Vertical voice backbone installation

Unity was also awarded the associated electrical installation within the same contract period.
