contracted Unity to perform professional consulting services for its
Trading Floor Technology support group. The objective was to evaluate
the organization in order to understand why the group could not meet
the projected business unit service levels. We began by taking a look
at the organization chart from a functional
standpoint, then interviewed and evaluated employees
and reviewed the processes used by the IT group for meeting business
unit service levels. Our
recommendations were implemented and showed immediate impact in creating
the necessary
partnership between management and technical staff. |
