International Group completed over 2 million square feet of new construction
for Chase's new data center at MetroTech Center in downtown Brooklyn.
MetroTech is part of a major community revitalization effort for New
York City, as well as Chase’s main data center for the northeastern
region of the United States, which is responsible for all banking
operations. It includes multiple computer rooms which gather information
from around the world, including a 25,000 square foot data center
Unity was involved in all power, electrical and data aspects of this
job. |
Unity
provided the following services:
- Core
and shell for 9 stories of new construction, including the parking
garage, a 20,000-foot day care center and mechanical penthouse.

- Installed
three 4000AMP electrical services, one three-module UPS system,
two1500 KW generator sets and emergency power distribution.

RaboBank
London
| RaboBank
recently moved to a new office location at Thames Court in London.
Unity provided the structured cabling and electrical

services
installation for 800 trading positions and 1200 support stations for
this new location. |
