  • Honesty and Integrity. Always provide the truth so that proper actions can be taken. Hiding and misrepresenting the truth never leads to strong client relationships.
  • Excellence in execution. Make sure that the job gets done right the first time. If work has to be redone, all parties involved suffer.
  • Plan in advance and have contingency plans in place. If situations occur that disrupt the job, be prepared to deal with them and/or have an alternate method of performing the work.
