principles, instituted over half a century ago, continue to guide us every

and Integrity. Always provide the truth so that proper actions can
be taken. Hiding and misrepresenting the truth never leads to strong
client relationships.

in execution. Make sure that the job gets done right the first time.
If work has to be redone, all parties involved suffer.
- Plan
in advance and have contingency plans in place. If situations occur
that disrupt the job, be prepared to deal with them and/or have an alternate
method of performing the work.
